§ Students participated in Drawing and Painting Competition ‘Golden Jubilee with JUGALBANDI’ and won all three titles.

§ IFT won the First prize M.T.V. in Fashion Show West Side Motorola.

§Won first prize in ‘Little Worlds’, Kids Fashion Show organized by Readymade Complex Association.

§ Won first prize ‘Mridang’ Fashion Show Competition organized by IIM Indore.

An enthusiastic academician aiming to serve the fashion industry by imparting quality education to youth. Having 8 Years of experience as Principal in ATDC; a national level institute under the aegis of Apparel Export Promotion Council, Sponsored by Govt. of India, Ministry of Textiles with a total 14+ years of experience in ATDC. A total of 21 years of experience as a Fashion Designer & Academician with area of expertise in Industrial Engineering, Designing, Production Technology, Quality Assurance etc. Excelled in training on Productivity & Work Study (IE) by Mr Roger Thomas, Technical Consultant, South Africa, having 40+ years of experience in fashion industry. Trained in Pattern Making & Sewing by Mr Khan from NIFT. Worked in ATDC under mentorship of Director & fraternity of NIFT & NID. She is Advisor- Creativity Enhancement in Textile Association (India) MP Unit which benefits the institute; she recently conducted a fashion show in the National Conference on Textiles organized by TAI. Her articles on fashion field are published regularly in leading publications. She has won ‘Best Choreographer Award’ in Hunnar. She has tie ups with all the relevant stakeholders and garment manufacturing associations. Students bring laurels like Best model in Vinirmah, a virtual fashion show 2021, Won State level competition in World Skills Competition 2021, National Level Mask- Designing Competition 2020 ‘Best Dress’ in Bombay Times Fashion Week 2019, the dress worn by Show Stopper Ms Sushrii Shreya Misraa; Miss United Continents 2015 runner-up; walked the ramp with Veteran actor Mr Ranjeet. Participation in Delhi Times Fashion Show 2019, Bangalore Times Fashion Show 2018, Winner in National Level Fashion Show ‘Converge-2018’ Won First Prizes in many Inter-College Fashion Show Competitions, Winner National Level Bag Design Competition 2019, , State Level Champion in World Skills Competition 2019, Regional Level winners in World Skills Competition 2016, Best Stall Display in 2014, 2015 etc. under her mentorship.

Mrs. Meena Verma (Assistant Prof)

Mrs Meena Verma has 25+Years of experience in fashion and garment industry and has 15+ Years of teaching in fashion designing. Her strengths are surface ornamentation, pattern making jewelry designing and drafting. She had got appreciation by organizational committee of Malwa Utsva. She did Paridhan Show & Khadi Gram Udhyog Exhibition. Participated in the working group for development of instructional material for Prevocational course at PSSCIVE (NCERT), Bhopal MP. She did her Bachelor of Arts from Vikram University, Ujjain in 1981. Presently she is working as Asst. Prof. in Fashion Technology Department (IPSA).

Ms. Rupali Mishra (Assistant Prof)

Ms. Rupali Mishra has 10+ years experience with Government Polytechnic College. Proficient in Sourcing, Design Process & Planning. She exhibits Strong organizational skills and problem solving. She specializes in printing technology, madhubani painting, apparel manufacturing processes and merchandising. She is highly talented in Fabrics, accessories, trims, other materials, manipulation and garment production techniques. Very well versed in Draping, pattern making techniques and cutting skills. She develops curriculums, Manuals and undertakes reviews and assessments of students in various areas of Art & Design and Department Coordinator of “NAAC”.

Ms Priya Tiwari graduated B. Sc. (Fashion Design) from Inter National Institute of Fashion Designing (INIFD), Indore in 2006 and PG Diploma in Fashion Designing & Marketing she has done various industrial training in dyeing & printing units, also has Designing Skills. She mentored students for the fashion show at IIM Indore.
