Achievements of the Institute

From academics to exhibitions, "SOFA" has made a mark everywhere in the art world with promising work.

Students of SOFA had been continuously performing well in the academics and every year many SOFA students mark their places in the University Merit List. We have got 19 gold medals in B.F.A. since 1994 to 2022 and 8 gold medals in M.F.A. 2012 to 2022.
VAYAM – VAYAM is a platform formed by HOD Mrs. Naveena Ganjoo for the exposure of MFA and passed out students, under which exhibitions are conducted annually across the country. VAYAM had been giving the successful shows since 12 years at various cities like Jaipur, Mumbai, Nagpur, pune, lucknow, Indore etc.
SOFA students has also represented the institute at national level art exhibitions like 'Global Art Fair' and 'India Art Fair' held at Mumbai.

Our student Roopal Goyal has received ‘Camlin National Award’ for painting, Naman Dave was awarded with ‘Raza State Award’, Saurabh Bhatt was honored with “Bhilwara Style Award” By Swift Group of institutes for the uniue identity in the art field and prescence in the professional fraternity. Aarti Patidar was awarded with ‘Wakankar State Award’. Nayana Shenvi was awarded with the Mukund Sakharam Bhand Award.Our Student Ratnendra Parmar is a member at Freelance International Painting commission.His works are exported to various places like Canada,Melbourne, Pennsylvania, California etc. Veena Trivedi is a Renowned Freelance Artist ,Brisbane, Queens land, Australia.

Placements

We help our students to undergo apprenticeships at renowned art studios . We regularly organize seminars camps and workshops to keep our students abreast with present art scenario. Students are offered to participate in various exhibitions and Art fairs time to time,held at the college campus as well as at various cities of the country providing them a wide exposure to the contemporary art world.We enable our students to meet all the requirements of the modern art world, so that they can make a special place in the contemporary art world with their work.
