Introduction

The College of Pharmacy was started in the academic session 1998-1999. The academic session of the pioneer batch was commenced on 26th April 1999 (Foundation day of the college). Presently one UG and four PG programmes are running by the institute. The four-years (Eight semesters) full time course leading to B. Pharm. degree is duly recognized by AICTE, New Delhi; PCI, New Delhi; DTE, MP Govt., Bhopal and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal with an intake capacity of 120.


The two-years (Four semesters) postgraduate courses M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutics), M.Pharm. (Pharmacology), M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) and M.Pharm. (Quality Assurance); are duly recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and are affiliated to RGPV, Bhopal with intake capacity of 18 students, 18 students, 10 students and 18 students respectively. 
At present 185 B.Pharm. and 52 M.Pharm. students are studying in the college. The institute has a family of 876 alumni till the academic session 2010 – 2011.
