IPS Academy Department of Mathematics

On 25 ^thNovember 2023 department of Mathematics organized an educational visit at IKS (Indian Knowledge System), DAVV, Indore .The purpose of the visit was to provide UG and PG students with an opportunity to explore and gain knowledge about the unique educational practices ,and learning environment at IKS for academic knowledge and other information. The IKS library preserves and safeguards ancient mathematical manuscripts, some of which are handwritten by renowned mathematicians themselves. These manuscripts offer valuable insights into the development of mathematical ideas, techniques, and notations from different eras. The library provides a comfortable and well- equipped reading room for visitors. The atmosphere was serene and conducive to focused research. The staff members were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing valuable assistance in navigating the library’s extensive collection.
