B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Type: Degree (Graduate) | Duration: 5 years | Seats: 120 seats

School of architecture offers undergraduate course: B.Arch (Bachelors of Architecture) which is a 5 year course.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with either Chemistry or Biology.

A minimum aggregate of 45% marks is required for eligibility. Alternatively, candidates who have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and achieved at least 45% marks in aggregate are also eligible.

Entrance Test:

Candidates are required to qualify in Entrance test in architecture. This can be either JEE-Paper II or the NATA "conducted by the Council of Architecture."

NATA is conducted by Council of Architecture (COA) yearly.

JEE -Paper II (B.Arch) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) yearly.

Students can opt for becoming a practicing Architect, Associate Architect, Architectural Apprentice, Project Manager, Architectural Designer, Structural Designer, Site supervisor etc.

ARCHITECTURAL MENTORSHIP-

Graduates can go into academics and become Architectural Faculties, Professors, Research Scholars and Teaching Assistant.

SOFTWARE-

Architects with an inclination towards interaction and generative design can become UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Digital Architects, Virtual Designers, App Developers etc.

VISUAL COMMUNICATION-

Graduates can become Visualisers, Vloggers, Promotional Designers and many more.
