	"Fine Art is that in which the hand, the head and the heart of man go together" (John Ruskin) The school of Fine Arts was started in 1994 under the aegis of lESS and as a part of IPS Academy. It has one aim to develop & enhance the aesthetic and creative mind of the students along with the use of different techniques involved in two and three dimensional media that includes sculpture, painting & graphics. The faculty has a very experienced and dedicated team of experts. We have endeavored to embark upon the courses in a bid to make the students well proficient and professional in a particular art and convert them into an artist, in the truest sense.
