IPS Academy has an independent Placement Cell devoted to cater to the needs of organizations & students The Cell is assisted by various department Faculty coordinators & Student representatives who lead a team from various courses of study.

The Central Placement cell is well equipped with all audio visual facilities for PowerPoint Presentations with furnished infrastructure to conduct written test, group discussion and interviews . It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students of the academy from varied disciplines for their Successful Career Placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into the suitable employment. This Cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students along with the industrial training.

The placement cell also attempts to keep the students informed about potential job opportunities and guidance from time to time. Many reputed national and multinational companies visit IPSA- CPC for campus recruitment annually. Over 90% of the students secure job offers before they complete their program of studies and leave their Alma Mater.

The cell organizes Campus interviews for final and pre final year students Arrange Placement, Project work, Industrial training, and Industrial visits for the students.

Internship and Summer Training Program: Apart from the placement activity for the final year students, the IAI also takes up the internship drive for the Pre final year students. Students who are offered internship positions work at the respective organizations during their summer & winter vacations, following their academic program. Such programs are encouraged to give students an exposure to the corporate world early on. Also, companies are in a better position to judge the candidate's suitability to the organization in the future, as a full-fledged employee. Impressed by their performance during internship, many interns are given pre-placement offers (PPO). Summer Training in industries (4 to 6 weeks) and visits to industries are also arranged for respective disciplines in association with Industry academia interface cell.
