Department of mathematics is engaged in teaching of pure and applied mathematics to undergraduate and postgraduate classes in various courses- management, engineering, computer science and Pharmacy. The faculties are also busy in pursing higher degrees (M.Phil, and Ph.D).

  • Dr. Netram Kaurav Published his research paper at International conferences held at ICTP Trieste, Italy in 2006 & in International conference held at Paris, France in 2007.

  • Dr. Ashwani Kumar visited Trieste, Italy to carry out experiments at Elettra Sincrotrone in May 2006 and April 2007.

  • Dr. S.B. Welankar & Dr. M.L. Sharma presented paper in National Conference on “Current Trends in Physics” held at Holkar Sc. College 2006.

  • Ms. Geetanjali Joshi and Dr. Netram Kaurav presented their research papers in Department of Atomic Energy conference at Mysore, Dec.-2007.

  • Dr. Lalit Gupta was awarded Ph.D. degree by DAVV 2007.

  • Ms. Geetanjali Joshi has been registered for Ph.D. degree with DAVV 2007.

  • Dr. Netram Kaurav is in Taiwan on Post doctorate fellowship for one year since Dec. 2007.

  • Dr. Lalit Gupta presented his research work at International conference, held at Nanjing China April 2008.

  • Dr. Lalit Gupta presented his proposal for the project before national committee on plasma Research at IPR Ahemdabad April 2008.

  • Dr. Lalit Gupta has been selected for an International Fellowship by ICTP (International centre for Theoritical Physics under TRIL ( Training and Research in Italian Laboratories) program for 9 months from October 2008 to July 2009 at ENEA (Institute of Atomic Energy), Frascati, Italy.

  • Selected second time ICTP TRIL fellow from November 2009 to March 2010 at Elettra Synchrotron Laboratory, Trieste, Italy.
