It is an important factor that will have a lasting effect on both individual and the community at large, which prompted us to start off with the “Career Management Cell”. It is being established to give an IPSIAN a small glimpse of the larger horizon that waits to take him by surprise & make him learn how to carefully plan his career and go about turning his dreams into reality.
It is widely held that knowledge, skills, and resourcefulness of people are critical to sustain development, economic, and social activity in a knowledge based society. Further, CMG has been able to keep pace with the high speed changes taking place in the corporate world & technology. Hence, the students churned out are equipped to meet the current industry requirements. Besides the functional knowledge, building competencies ranging from soft skills, team building, attitude to values are also a part of CMG deliverables.
The key features of the Skills Development Initiative are its localized & need based approach, scalability, output orientation, practical hands-on skills, focus on training & testing, accessibility, quality and cost effectiveness, independent assessment & verification, joint certification by awarding bodies and partners, centrally administered ‘Train the Trainers’ and most importantly ‘benchmarked international standards of performance’.

The key objective of career management group with a team of dedicated expert professionals is to engage IPSA students in a proactive way towards preparing a huge talent pool for diverse industry manpower need.
